Steps to Set Up a Sub-Account
1. Navigate to the Sub-Account Section
Log in to your RTL AdManager account.
In the left navigation menu, click on “Sub Account”.
2. Create a New Sub-Account
Click on “New Sub-Account”.
Fill in the required details:
Company Name (Currently required but has no function and will be removed in an upcoming patch.)
Contact Name
Email Address
Client Selection (Optional: If this colleague should only work on behalf of specific clients, select the assigned clients here.)
3. Send the Invitation
Click “Send Invitation” to send an email invite to the new user.
The invited colleague will receive an email with instructions to create their login.

Important Notes
✅ Only Agency Admins can create Sub-Accounts.
✅ Each invited user gets their own login credentials.
✅ Sub-Accounts allow agencies to collaborate while maintaining control over campaign management.
Once the new user accepts the invitation and sets up their account, they can start working on campaigns within the agency account.
